Happy New Year!
For New Year's Cody and I went out. Last year we stayed home so we opted for something different this year. We went to a party in Greenwood and had a great time. It is so nice to get out among the land of grown-ups.
I guess I have the traditional lose a few pounds as a resolution. Sarah is getting married in September so that is my motivation for the pounds to come off. Maybe this year will be eventful but not in a the way 2008 was at times; there are only so many accidents I can handle. Too bad I have accident prone kids. My hope is for everyone to stay healthy and happy, to get a few of the things done at the house (ie new floors in the living room, entry way, and kitchen, and then redecorating the bathrooms...wait, there hasn't really been anything done to them), figure out this future thing. I should clarify that into work and school...what exactly do I want to be doing 5 years from now and be proud of myself for? Such a monumental question and one I don't have the answer to yet. Maybe by the time my birthday roles around I'll have figured it out.

When you figure it out, let me know...cause maybe that will be what I want to do too! :) hehe Glad we got to spend New Year's together. I didn't e-mail the pictures to you, because I figured you could just steal them from Facebook, which it looks as though you have!! :)
